· One story home under 2,500sq- $150.00 flat rate

· Two story home under 2,500sq- $200.00 flat rate

· 2,500sq-3,500sq home- $300.00 flat rate

· 3,500sq-4,500sq home- $400.00 flat rate

· 4,500sq-5,500sq home- $500.00 flat rate

· Flat rates can be adjusted upon walk through and specific jobs required.
